Tirta Karma Senjaya is the Head of the Commodity Futures Trading Development Bureau in CoFTRA. He was awarded Coinvestasi’s Most Impactful Figures 2022 for his contribution to educating about the physical trading of Crypto Assets in Indonesia. He is active as a speaker in literacy, seminars, workshops, and symposia in various Ministries, Institutions, Universities, and other events related to Futures Trading including Crypto Assets.
Tirta is also active in providing input and guidance on CoFTRA Regulations. The new regulations released are CoFTRA Regulation Number 13 of 2022 concerning Amendments to CoFTRA Regulation Number 8 of 2021 concerning Guidelines for Organizing Crypto Assets Physical Market Trading in Futures Bourse and CoFTRA Regulation Number 4 of 2023 concerning Amendments to CoFTRA Regulation Number 11 of 2022 concerning Determination List of Traded Crypto Assets in The Crypto Assets Physical Market.
