What you need to know

Pack your bag, you are going to Bali. But before that make sure you check some of these informations to make your travel runs smoothly

 

 

 

Visa 

Conference participants who are planning to travel to Indonesia will need to obtain the appropriate visa before their departure. Please check the local Indonesian embassy near you. Some countries are eligible for visa-free entry or visas on arrival. If your country is not on this list then you have to get a visa in advance.

Visa Requirements 

  • You need to have a valid passport with minimum of 6 months validity 
  • An onward or return ticket 

Visa Free Countries
Here is the list of countries that can enter Indonesia on Visa Free. The visa-free allows you to stay for maximum 30 days and can’t be extended

Visa On Arrivals/ e-Visa
Here is the list of countries where one can obtain visa on arrival at the airport or e-visa, the visa cost Rp 500,000 and can be obtained at the airport. For e-visa you need to apply before you departing to Indonesia. The visa is valid for 30 days and can be extended for another 30 days. Business Visa
If your country is not present on the list, then you can go to the nearest embassy and apply for a business visa. If you need to get an invitation letter from us please fill out this form.
 
 
 

What to Pack?

 

There is some stuff that you should bring to Bali to make your conference more enjoyable. Some of them are sandals, shorts, light clothes, hats, sunglasses, raincoats, light jackets,  universal adaptors (Indonesia is using plug type C or F), water bottles, tote bags (most places or shops are not allowed plastic bags), business cards and camera.
