Visa
Conference participants who are planning to travel to Indonesia will need to obtain the appropriate visa before their departure. Please check the local Indonesian embassy near you. Some countries are eligible for visa-free entry or visas on arrival. If your country is not on this list then you have to get a visa in advance.

- You need to have a valid passport with minimum of 6 months validity
- An onward or return ticket

What to Pack?
There is some stuff that you should bring to Bali to make your conference more enjoyable. Some of them are sandals, shorts, light clothes, hats, sunglasses, raincoats, light jackets, universal adaptors (Indonesia is using plug type C or F), water bottles, tote bags (most places or shops are not allowed plastic bags), business cards and camera.
